• Products can be returned only in case of damaged products, wrong products or delivery of incorrect size (Product & Size other than that ordered) within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Our Esteemed customers are requested for a parcel opening video to be eligible for refund incase of the reasons mentioned above. Return shipping charges maximum 100 Rs shall be bourne by us.

• Return request should be made within 2 days with Full Name and Courier docket number from the date of delivery on the details mentioned below:

If the above is scrutinized by our team, your refund will be initiated by us within 2 working days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.
Mode of Refund shall be Bank Transfer only. Your refund is estimated to be credited in your bank account between 4-8 working days after initiating the refund.

Products eligible for refund should have the original tags and should be unused.
Incase of order cancellation, it should be done within 6 hours of order placement and we shall cancel if it’s not dispatched. Shipping is free within India, for International orders it shall depend upon the country and order quantity.
